Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

Delivery will take around 3 to 5 working days for WM and 7 days to 14 days for EM (except festival season and end of the year).

Product can be exchange at retail shop or post to us (HQ). Item purchased is refundable and allow for exchange.

Conditions applicable for refund/exchange:-

Have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
Products must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition.
